Had a lovely stay in a beautifully appointed room with fresh milk and teas provided daily. Relaxing on the sun terrace and using the garden area was such a treat after a long day. The internet could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our experience. Definitely try the homemade marmalade at breakfast! ☕

Everything was good, so were breathtaking views over the garden. It was a lovely location not far from restaurants/ pubs in the evening as well as Tintagel, Port Isaac and Padstow. It also was easy to access all of the local sightseeing locations❤🙂

Thoroughly enjoyed our well-appointed rooms, plus the staff was amicable. Booked the English breakfast with vegan sausages and the freshest eggs ever, as example, it was incredible.
Nothing to fault.

cozy, cozy, cozy
This B&B is nestled in beautiful grounds with lovely gardens perfect for morning strolls. I was impressed by the delicious full Cornish breakfast with eggs from Nicky's own chickens, a real farm-to-table experience! The private fields for dog walking added a good touch, allowing my furry friend to roam freely.

Delicious full Cornish breakfast with homemade treats.
We had a slight inconvenience with the external bathroom setup. Although we were informed, it still felt awkward having to navigate a corridor. Internet connectivity could use some improvement, as it was spotty at times, frustrating especially during our downtime.

The Double or Twin Room was super cozy, equipped with a tv and a tea/coffee maker. Loved fresh milk in the communal fridge and quality toiletries provided. The outdoor dining area was good for meals in the sun, and the whole place felt so relaxed and cute. Perfect for our short getaway.

The peaceful grounds surrounding the hotel add a lovely touch to a relaxing getaway. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious, juicy steaks that was pretty good. The external bathroom arrangement was a bit inconvenient, and finding it initially posed a challenge. A better explanation for first-time visitors would enhance the experience.

great stay but minor hiccups
The annex felt much larger than the photos suggested. The private courtyard for our dog added a good touch, great to enjoy time outdoors. We appreciated the special filtered water sourced from the owner's land. Small details create a significant impact.
The location, while convenient, had limited dining options nearby.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The warm welcome we received from Nicky made us feel right at home. She showed us around the room and the facilities, and her attention to detail was impeccable. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a private bathroom. We loved the beautiful table linen at breakfast, it made us feel like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Speaking of breakfast, the variety of menu choices was impressive, and everything tasted so fresh and delicious.
